These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the Oréva website, reachable via hello@try-oreva.com.

1. Applicability

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, our returns policy, shipping policy, payment policy, privacy policy, and cookie policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Product Information

We do our utmost to describe our products correctly and keep information up to date. Colours and packaging may vary slightly depending on your screen or production batches. In the event of an obvious typographical or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Oréva products contain no nicotine and no tobacco. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including nicotine addiction. Oréva is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are processed after receipt of full payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Processing and Delivery

• Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.
• Shipping time after dispatch: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.
• Stated timeframes are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at hello@try-oreva.com and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations

See our separate Returns & 30 Day Guarantee policy for all conditions. You may cancel your order free of charge before dispatch by emailing hello@try-oreva.com. After dispatch, our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies, alongside your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage after delivery where tracking confirms the parcel was delivered to the address you provided; however, we will always assist in investigating missing parcels. Except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item. Please check your address details carefully at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, photos, logos, design) is the property of Oréva or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing via hello@try-oreva.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints about product quality, please include a description and, where possible, photos, as this helps us resolve the issue faster.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where mandatory law provides for this; otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause restricts your statutory rights.
